Registration is open for my new online class, Mint Julep. It closes July 29th so I can get all the supplies ordered to start class September 1st. I fook forward to another great class!
This monochromatic design incorporates a lot of different textured threads and a lot of unusual stitch combinations - it's fun to stitch! The photo doesn't show all the sparkle and texture.

Here's my original piece - I wanted a soft soothing design and chose a variety of mint greens with touches of seafoam and other greens. As usual, I developed a few other colorways. I've included photos of finished pieces from several students.

The other colorways are:
Melon
Neutral
Blues
Lavenders
When I taught it in person, several people asked me about doing dark
instead of light borders for some of the alternate colorways. It comletely changes the look and adds drama. There are dark borders for all of the colorways except the original. Here's the Melon colorway done with the dark borders.
On my design board right now is next year's Mystery! No hints yet but I am very excited!
Hope you're staying cool if you live in the sweltering heat like I do!
